摘要
目的探讨冷冻切片在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法选取漳州市医院2015年1月—2017年5月收治的乳腺肿块患者576例,采用术中冷冻切片进行书面病理诊断,术后进行组织学诊断。以组织学诊断结果为金标准,计算冷冻切片诊断准确率。结果冷冻切片诊断良性病变的完全符合率为90.1%,其中腺纤维瘤为92.5%,囊性增生为88.5%,乳腺大导管乳头状瘤为82.1%,脂肪瘤为87.5%。冷冻切片诊断恶性病变的完全符合率为87.7%,其中分叶状囊肉瘤为86.7%、乳腺纤维肉瘤为89.7%、乳腺恶性淋巴瘤为85.2%。结论冷冻切片诊断乳腺肿块良性病变和恶性病变的符合率高,且诊断不明及错诊率低。
Objective To investigate the application value of frozen section in the diagnosis of breast masses.Methods A total of 576 cases of patients with breast masses were selected from January 2015 to May 2017 in Zhangzhou City Hospital.Written pathological diagnosis was made by frozen section during operation and histological diagnosis was made after operation.The coincidence rate of frozen section was calculated according to the gold standard of histological diagnosis.Results The complete coincidence rate of frozen section in diagnosis of benign lesions was 90.1%,of which 92.5% was for adenofibroma,88.5% was for cystic hyperplasia,82.1% was for mammary ductal papilloma,87.5% was for lipoma.The complete coincidence rate of frozen section in the diagnosis of malignant lesions was 87.7%,of which 86.7% was for cystosarcoma phyllodes,89.7% was for fibrosarcoma of breast and 85.2% was for malignant lymphoma of breast.Conclusion The frozen section has a high coincidence rate in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors,and has a low misdiagnosis rate and unclear diagnosis.
