摘要
完整性管理是国内近几年才开始发展的较为先进的管理方法,其中以实现高效的根治性维修为目标,提出了失效根原因分析(RCFA)用于失效原因的诊断,为此本文则提出了一种以综合失效分析为基础的RCFA分析方法,该方法改变原有以专家为主分析模式,结论更加科学、定量、准确,并通过一个管道腐蚀失效案例进行验证,证明了该方法在失效根原因诊断和根治性腐蚀防护策略制定方面的有效性。
Integrity management is an advanced management method developed in recent years,where the failure root causes analysis (RCFA)is proposed as an effective method to diagnose the failure causes aiming to implement the most effective radical maintenance.Hence,a new RCFA method is proposed with the comprehensive failure analysis to change the traditional RCFA method in which the experts are centered in this paper,so that the new one is more scientific,quantitative and accurate.Besides,the effectiveness of the new method is tested at aspects of failure root causes diagnosis and radical corrosion protection strategy decision-making from a case of a pipe corrosion.
