摘要
男性性工作者作为男男性行为者(MSM)的一个亚人群对我国艾滋病流行的影响正在受到更多关注,该人群艾滋病、梅毒流行情况严重,是艾滋病性病传播的重要桥梁人群,同时该人群有着与整个MSM许多不同的流行病学、社会学等特征。本文对我国近年来该人群艾滋病、梅毒流行情况、相关危险因素及其重要特征等研究进展进行综述,为预防和控制该人群艾滋病性病的传播提供参考。
Male sex workers(MSW)as a subgroup of MSM is attracting more concerns due to its impact on HIV/AIDS epidemic in China.The prevalence of HIV and syphilis in this group is getting serious and it is a key bridge-group for HIV and STD spreading.Male sex workers have many different epidemiological and sociological features compared with general MSM.This paper summarizes the prevalence of HIV and syphilis,related risk factors and the important characteristics of MSW in China in the recent years in order to provide reference for HIV and STD prevention and control among MSW.
