摘要
目的分析不同妊娠期孕妇血脂和尿酸水平。方法健康孕妇231例分为早期妊娠组(11~12周,56例)、中期妊娠组(20~26周,85例)和晚期妊娠组(>27周,132例);其中的21例为从孕早期追踪至孕晚期的孕妇。同时收集未孕育龄健康体检妇女101例作为对照组。检测并比较各组血脂和尿酸水平。结果早、中和晚期妊娠组的TG和HDL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。早期妊娠组LDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05),而晚期妊娠组LDL水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。早期妊娠组TC、TG、LDL和尿酸水平均低于中、晚期妊娠组(P<0.05);且中期妊娠组上述指标水平均低于晚期妊娠组(P<0.05)。21例追踪孕妇早期妊娠TC、TG、HDL、LDL和尿酸水平均低于中、晚期妊娠(P<0.05),且中期妊娠上述指标水平均低于晚期妊娠(P<0.05)。结论随着孕期的变化,血脂和尿酸的水平也随之发生变化,应动态监测孕期血脂和尿酸水平,以降低妊娠风险。
Objective To analyze the levels of blood lipids and uric acid(UA)in pregnant women with different gestational stages.Methods A total of 231 healthy pregnant women was divided into three groups of A(11-12 weeks of gestation,56 cases),B(20-26 weeks of gestation,85 cases)and C(>27 weeks of gestation,132 cases).Of 231 pregnant women,21 patients were observed from early to late pregnancy.Blood lipids and uric acid levels were measured and compared to those of101 healthy women as the controls(group D).Results The levels of total cholesterol(TC)and highdensity lipoprotein(HDL)in groups of A,B and C were higher than those in group D(P<0.05).The level of low density lipoprotein(LDL)was lower in group A than that in group D(P<0.05),which was higher in group C than that in group D(P<0.05).The levels of TC,triglyceride(TG),LDL and UA in group A were lower than those in groups of B and C(P<0.05),which were lower in group B than those in group C(P<0.05).Of 21 pregnant women,the levels of TC,TG,HDL,LDL and UA were lower in early pregnancy than those in middle and late pregnancy(P<0.05),which in middle pregnancy were lower than those in late pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion As the gestation stage increased,the levels of blood lipids and uric acid are increased,which should be monitored dynamically to reduce the risk of pregnancy.
