磁共振纳米造影剂在前列腺癌诊疗应用中的研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress of the application of nano contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis and therapy of prostate cancer

摘要 前列腺癌(PCa)是男性生殖系中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及死亡率近年来逐渐增多。因此,如何实现PCa的早期诊断和有效治疗,将有助于PCa的早期筛查及病情控制。相较于传统诊疗试剂,纳米材料因其独特的性质作为新型诊疗试剂日益得到研究者的重视,本文针对纳米材料作为磁共振造影剂在PCa诊疗中的研究进展进行综述。 Prostate cancer is one of the most frequently diagnosed genital malignancies,and its morbidity and mortality have gradually increased in recent years.Thus,to achieve early diagnosis and effective treatment of prostate cancer is helpful for early screening and disease control.Compared with conventional agents,nanomaterials have attracted more attention due to their unique properties.In this review,we summarized the research progress of nanomaterials as contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis and therapy of prostate cancer.
