摘要
目的对比腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2017年6月营口仁爱医院收治的86例临床确诊的子宫肌瘤患者,依治疗术式分为观察组44例和对照组42例,综合比较两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组胃肠恢复时间、术中出血量和住院时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月,观察组4例复发(9.09%),对照组3例复发(7.14%),两组复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术和经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤均有良好的治疗效果,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术具有创伤小、安全、恢复快以及生活质量高等优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy and open surgery in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods Retrospective analysis of 86 cases in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017,clinically confirmed uterine myoma,were analyzed.All patients were randomly divided into the laparoscopic rnyomectomy group(44 cases,observation group)and the open surgery group(42 cases,control group).The clinical data,intraoperative and postoperative side effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The operative time of observation group was was no significantly different between two groups(P>0.05),and there were significant differences in bleeding volume during operation,the days of hospitalization and the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract between two groups(P<0.05).Recurrence occurrence at 12 months after operation were no significantly different between two groups,4 cases recurred in observation group,and 3 cases recurred in control group(P>0.05).The quality of life score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group at 12 months after operation.Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectorny and laparotomy have good therapeutic effect on hysteromyorna.Laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of less trauma,safety,rapid recovery and high quality of life,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
