摘要
目的:了解我国高校社区老年人养老现状、意愿及需求,研究其整合照料式养老的尝试意愿及其影响因素。方法:选取全国123所高校社区5 707名老年人进行调查,内容包括调查对象的人口学特征、养老现状、养老需求、整合照料式养老的尝试意愿及其影响因素。方法:描述性分析、单因素χ2检验及二项分类Logistic回归。结果:调查对象中,养老方式以选择在家养老的人数最多,达83. 1%。调查对象中愿意尝试整合照料式养老服务的比例达到64. 6%。单因素分析结果表明,愿意尝试整合照料式养老的调查对象在年龄、文化程度、目前或退休前所从事职业、每月能接受的养老费用、养老方式等方面差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。二项分类Logistic回归分析结果表明,影响调查对象尝试整合照料养老服务的因素有文化、目前或退休前所从事的职业和养老方式(P <0. 05)。结论:我国高校社区老年人养老需求较大,整合照料式养老模式具备连续性、全方位、一体化、高质量等优点,受到了高校社区老年人的普遍欢迎,值得推广施行。
Objective To explore the status,willingness and demands of pension in university communities in China,and analyze their willingness of integrated pension service mode and its influencing factors.Methods 5705 cases of old people were sampled from 123 university communities in China,and surveyed with questionnaires,including demographic characteristics,status and needs of pension,willingness of integrated pension service mode and its influencing factors.Data was analyzed with descriptive analysis,chi-square test and logistic regression.Results Housekeeping service mode was the majority choice of pension demands.64.6%of sampled people had the willingness of integrated pension service mode,which had significant differences in age,education background,career,accepted monthly pension cost and pension service methods(P<0.05).And its main influencing factors were education background,career,and pension service methods(P<0.05).Conclusion The elderly in university communities have great demands for pension service.Integrated pension service is characterized as continuity,all-round service,integration and high-quality,which is generally welcomed by the elderly in university communities and deserved to be popularized.
