摘要
在"有原则的现实主义"全球战略背景下,特朗普政府制订了单边主义的贸易政策,对中国采取了强硬立场。对比前任政府的政策可以发现:特朗普政府对美国经济和世界局势的判断及对华贸易政策未必正确,采取的手段未必适当,但是美国对世界秩序造成的损害已经发生,对中国发展造成的影响也不容乐观。
In the context of a"principled realism"global strategy,the Trump Administration takes a trade policy of unilateralism with tough actions on China.Compared with trade policies of the previous administration,his understanding on American economy and global situation may not necessarily be correct and his approaches appropriate.However,the harm to the world order has happened and the negative impact on China is not to be neglected.
