摘要
本文通过在氢气保护的碳气氛中进行高温处理,在烧结态钨制品表面原位合成制备出具有一定厚度的碳化钨层。采用硬度和密度测试、金相、EDS、XRD分析等手段,系统研究了保温时间对碳化物层和钨基体的微观组织、相组成和性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:采用原位碳化制备的碳化钨层是由单一WC相组成的致密柱状晶组织,其与钨基体结合紧密;随保温时间的延长,碳化钨层厚度增加,钨基体晶粒尺寸逐渐长大;随保温时间的延长,碳化物层和钨基体的硬度都变化不大,试样的整体密度逐渐下降。
In this paper, tungsten carbide layer with a certain thickness was synthesized on the surface of sintered tungsten products by high temperature treatment in hydrogen protected carbon atmosphere. The effects of holding time on microstructure, phase composition and properties of carbide layer and tungsten matrix were studied by means of hardness and density test, metallurgical microscope, EDS and XRD. The results show that the tungsten carbide layer prepared by insitu carburization is a dense columnar crystal structure composed of a single WC phase, which binds tightly to the tungsten matrix. The thickness of the tungsten carbide layer increases and the grain size of the tungsten matrix grows with the holding time prolonging. With the increase of holding time, the hardness of the carbide layer and the tungsten matrix changes little,and the overall density of the samples gradually decreases.
