摘要
三维影像重叠是评估患者治疗及生长三维变化的重要方法。本篇综述回顾了三维医学图像重叠的三种主要技术及其在正畸领域的应用进展。许多有效性研究探索了颅底、上颌骨、下颌骨、牙列模型以及单个牙三维数据的重叠方法。也有研究将患者不同三维数据融合,以创建更加准确的数字化患者模型。
Registration of three dimensional images is a significant method to evaluate the three dimensional changes of patient growth and treatment. This article reviews three prevalent registration technologies and the advanced applications in orthodontics. Numerous validation studies explored approaches to register cranial base, maxillary, mandible, dental model, and a single tooth. Otherwise, the attempt to fuse different three dimensional data of the same patient provides more visualized and accurate digital model.
