摘要
从视障阅览室建设、无障碍网站建设、视障读者阅读服务项目以及社会多方协同合作4个方面全面揭示我国32个省级综合性公共图书馆视障读者服务情况,从中发现存在问题,制定具体策略:加强视障资源建设,构建多元视障资源保障体系;构建视障用户专属网站,促进读者获取网络资源无障碍;创新服务形式与内容,推进视障读者活动常态化;协同社会多方力量,共同推进视障文化事业建设。
The paper analyzed the present situation of the visually impaired service in the whole 32 provincial comprehensive public libraries across China from four aspects,including reading room construction,accessible website construction,service programs,and social cooperation,and found some problems.Finally it put forward four specific strategies:firstly,strengthen the construction of visually impaired resources,and establish a diversified visually impaired resource system;secondly,build a dedicated website for visually impaired users to promote the accessibility of readers to network resources;thirdly,innovate the service form and content to achieve the normalization of visually impaired reader activities;fourthly,collaborate with multiple forces of society to jointly promote the development of visually impaired cultural undertakings.
