摘要
为了获得农药水生态系统安全阈值。采用评估因子法和物种敏感性分布法分别外推了代森锰锌、百菌清和敌敌畏3种农药水生态系统的PNEC,其中评估因子法外推结果表明,代森锰锌预测无效应浓度为0. 220~5. 800μg/L、百菌清预测无效应浓度为0. 010 5~0. 700μg/L、敌敌畏预测无效应浓度为0. 000 700~1. 000μg/L。物种敏感性分布法外推结果表明,代森锰锌、百菌清的PNEC (脊椎生物)分别为41. 784、1. 190μg/L;敌敌畏PNEC为13. 081 (脊椎生物)、0. 002 62μg/L (无脊椎生物),敌敌畏对无脊椎生物更敏感。
In order to obtain the safety threshold of pesticides for protecting aquatic ecosystem. The Predicted No Effect Concentration of Mancozeb,Chlorothalonil and Dichlorvos were extrapolated by the evaluation factor method and the Species Sensitive Distribution,respectively. The extrapolation result of evaluation factor method shows that PNEC of Mancozeb was 0. 220 ~ 5. 800μg/L,Chlorothalonil was 0. 010 5 ~ 0. 700μg/L,and Dichlorvos was 0. 000 700 ~ 1. 000μg/L,while the results of Species Sensitive Distribution shows that PNEC of Mancozeb was 41. 784μg/L,Chlorothalonil was 1. 190μg/L,and Dichlorvos was 13. 081μg/L(vertebrates) 、0. 002 62μg/L(Invertebrates),Invertebrates were more sensitive than vertebrates to dichlorvos.
