摘要
放疗是治疗肺癌的主要方式之一,尽管其方法和技术不断完善,放疗后的复发转移依旧存在。研究放疗后的肺癌细胞生物学行为变化对于阻止肺癌复发和转移至关重要。磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/AKT/mTOR)通路在肺癌细胞的增殖、转移、细胞转化、葡萄糖代谢、DNA修复和血管生成中起到重要作用。本文总结了放射后PI3K/AKT/mTOR通路对肺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移、放疗敏感性和能量代谢等生物学行为变化的影响的有关研究进展。
Radiotherapy is a main therapeutic strategy of lung cancer. Recurrence and metastasis after radiotherapy are essential problems. Biological characteristics and behavior of lung cancer cells influenced by radiotherapy are crucial to the recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer. Phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin(PI3K/AKT/mTOR) pathway plays an important role in tumor cell growth, proliferation, metastasis, cell transformation, glucose metabolism, DNA repair and angiogenesis. This paper summarized the function of PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in the changes of proliferation, invasion, metastasis, radiosensitivity and energy metabolism of lung cancer cells after radiotherapy.
