摘要 为改善金属材料的显微硬度、耐磨性及耐蚀性等,采用超声-脉冲电沉积方法在45钢表面分别制备Ni-TiN和Ni/Ni-TiN双层复合镀层,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)以及电化学测试技术研究其表面形貌、组织成分和耐蚀性能。结果表明:与Ni-TiN镀层相比,Ni/Ni-TiN双层镀层胞状组织更加致密,晶胞间结合的更加紧密,孔隙更少,其孔隙密度可达到1.9个/cm2;Ni/Ni-TiN双层镀层的Ecorr向正偏移,达到最大值为-0.22 V,Icorr向负偏移,达到最小值为1.59×10-5A/cm2,表明Ni/Ni-TiN双层复合镀层有较好的耐蚀性;Ni/Ni-TiN双层镀层腐蚀初期,以均匀腐蚀为主,随腐蚀时间的延长,镀层腐蚀速率加快,由点蚀过渡到局部腐蚀状态;Ni/Ni-TiN双层镀层表面先出现腐蚀点,其直径不超过5.11μm。 In order to improve the wear and corrosion resistance of metal materials,the Ni-TiN composite coating and Ni/Ni-TiN bilayered composite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic pulse electrodeposition on the surface of 45 steel.The surface morphology,microstructure and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy spectrum analyzer(EDS)and electrochemical technique.The results show that compared with the Ni-TiN coating,the cellular microstructure of the Ni/Ni-TiN bilayered composite coating is more compact,the cell adhesion is closer,the porosity is less,and the porosity can reach 1.9/cm^2.Based on the polarization curve analysis,the Ecorrdirection of the Ni/Ni-TiN bilayered composite coating is positive,and the maximum value is-0.22 V;the Icorrto negative migration reaches the minimum value of1.59×10^-5A/cm^2,indicating that the Ni/Ni-TiN bilayered composite coating has better corrosion resistance.The initial corrosion of the Ni/Ni-TiN bilayered composite coating is based on uniform corrosion;with the corrosion time prolonging,the corrosion rate of the coating is accelerated from pitting to local corrosion.According to the analysis of the surface morphology after corrosion,the corrosion points are appeared on the surface of the Ni/Ni-TiN bilayered composite coating,and its diameter is not more than 5.11 μm.
