摘要
目的:观察手法结合中药外敷治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:选择2016年8月~2017年7月本院门诊就诊的膝骨关节炎患者149例,按照就诊顺序采用双盲法分成对照组74例,治疗组75例,对照组采用常规推拿方法进行治疗,治疗组采用正骨手法结合中药外敷治疗。以西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、膝关节功能Lysholm评价标准为观察指标,对比两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的WOMAC评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的WOMAC评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法结合中药外敷作为一种绿色治疗方案,具有良好的疗效和优势,值得在基层医院予以推广应用。
Objective Objective: Observe the effect of manipulation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis.Method Method:149 patients with knee osteoarthritis from August 2016 to July 2017 were divided into control group(n=74) and treatment group(n=75). The control group was treated with conventional massage.The treatment group was treated by orthopaedic manipulation combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine. There were compared of Lysholm score of knee Joint function and Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) between the two groups.Result: After treatment, the WOMAC score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the WOMAC score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese medicine with traditional Chinese medicine as a green treatment scheme, it has good curative effect and advantages. It is worth popularizing and applying in the primary hospital.
