摘要
可溶性CD146广泛存在于人的血清和组织液中,自从1998年被发现以来,大量的研究表明可溶性CD146具有多样的生物学功能,并在多种疾病中参与病理性血管生成和炎症反应.近期研究发现,可溶性CD146水平的变化对于相关疾病的诊断和预后具有重要的指导意义.本文综合国际国内有关可溶性CD146近20年的研究成果,在介绍其结构和功能的基础上,重点综述可溶性CD146在疾病诊断和治疗中的意义.
Soluble CD146(sCD146), which is different from membrane CD146, exists in serum and histological fluids of humans. Since first reported in 1998, sCD146 has been widely studied. The results show that it plays a variety of physiological roles in the human body and is involved in pathologic angiogenesis and inflammatory diseases. Recently, sCD146 is shown to be an indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of several diseases. Here we summarize the research on s CD146 in the last 20 years, with a particular focus on the significance of sCD146 in disease diagnosis and treatment.
