摘要
区块链是一种通过全员信任的方式来集体维护一个可靠分布式数据库的技术,其核心包括分布式账本技术、非对称加密算法以及智能合约等,具有去中心化、共识机制、可追溯性、高度信任等特征。凡是有多次交易环节产生的行业,都可以用到区块链技术,特别是在医疗领域,有助于推动医疗体系改革、医疗数据的安全共享和协同,可产生巨大的经济价值和社会价值。旨在积极探索区块链前沿技术,结合重大慢病大数据科研需求打造区块链技术方案,建立临床科研与区块链技术相结合的新模式。
Blockchain is a technology of collective maintenance of a reliable distributed database through full trust. The core of the blockchain includes distributed ledger technology, asymmetric encryption algorithm and intelligent contract. It has deconcentration, consensus mechanism and traceability, a high degree of trust and other characteristics. Block trades can be used in industries that have many trades, especially in the medical field, which can contribute to the reform of the medical system and the safe sharing and collaboration of medical data, which can generate huge economic value and social value. This article aims to actively explore the blockchain frontier technology, combined with the status of the utilization of regional chronic disease big data to create a blockchain technology program, the establishment of clinical research and blockchain technology like a combination of new models.
