摘要
综述了骨形态发生蛋白7(BMP-7)在卵泡发育、卵巢甾体激素生成、卵巢细胞因子调控、子宫内膜蜕膜化及容受性改变、胚胎及胎盘发育等有关女性生殖的生物学过程的作用及中医药干预BMP-7的研究进展。结果表明BMP-7参与了以上多个与女性生殖有关的过程;中医药干预BMP-7目前仅局限于肾脏疾病和骨病的研究中。这些研究结果有助于理解女性生殖系统功能异常及女性不孕不育的机制,并利于拓展对中医妇科疾病发病机制的认识及开发治疗思路。
The influences of bone morphogenetic protein 7(BMP-7)in the aspects of biological processes of women reproductive system including follicular development,formation of the ovary steriod hormone,regulation of ovary cytokines,endometrial decidualization and endometrial receptivity regulation,and development of fetus and placenta as well as research progress in the intervention of BMP-7 with traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed.The results showed that BMP-7 participated in all of the above aspects of biological processes of women reproductive system,and now the intervention of BMP-7 with traditional Chinese medicine only targeted in kidney diseases and bone diseases.The research achievements will be beneficial to the understanding of pathogenesis in women reproductive functional disorder and infertility,and be helpful to the acquaintance of pathogenesis of gynecological disease and the expanding of therapeutic therapy in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
