摘要
基于案例推理(CBR)的原理及方法,使用熵权法(EWM)确定相似案例检索中的指标权重,在案例库中检索与本次火灾相似度最高的历史案例,参考历史案例中的直升机数量配置和评价,合理修正后确定本次火灾所需直升机具体数量。通过实例验证该方法科学有效。森林火灾发生后快速确定直升机需求,可以为直升机调度节约时间,提高消防救援效率。
Based on the principle and method of case-based reasoning (CBR),the entropy weight method (EWM)is used to determine the index weights in similar case retrieval,and the historical cases with the highest similarity to this fire are retrieved in the case base.The number of helicopters in the historical case and its evaluation were reasonably corrected,which is the specific number of helicopters required for this fire.Through the example verification,this method is scientific and effective.Quickly determining helicopter demand can save time for helicopter dispatch and improve the overall efficiency of forest fire protection.
