摘要
采用简易方法对聚乙烯板(PE)、聚丙烯板(PP)、聚氯乙烯板(PVC)和酚醛树脂板等4种聚合物材料的发烟点进行测定,同时用锥形量热仪和烟密度测试仪测定样品的热释放和产烟特性,并将发烟点与其对应热释放参数和烟密度进行了相关性分析。结果表明,材料的发烟点与烟密度和毒性气体生成速率存在明显的正相关性,但与材料的热释放参数没有明显的相关性。可以通过测定材料的发烟点初步预测材料的产烟特性。
The smoke point of four polymer materials including PE, PP,PVC and phenolic was tested by a simple method.At the same time,the heat release and smoke generation characteristics of the samples were measured by cone calorimeter and smoke density tester,and the correlation analysis of smoke point and the heat release,smoke density was conducted.The results showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the smoke point of the material and the smoke density and toxic gas generation rate,but there is no obvious correlation with the heat release parameters of the material.Therefore,the material can be initially predicted by measuring the smoke point of the material.
