摘要
目的:研究在阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的基础上联合中药方剂桑菊饮加减的临床疗效,并对比中西医结合疗法和单纯西医疗法对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:将符合标准的60名MP(肺炎支原体)感染的患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。2组患儿均在治疗前抽取并检测血清hs-CRP的值,然后给予对照组常规的西医处理,观察组则在对照组的基础上联合中药桑菊饮加减,对照组治疗2个疗程,观察组治疗3个疗程。疗程结束后比较2组临床疗效,并复查比较血清hs-CRP水平的变化情况。结果:观察组的临床疗效和血清hsCRP的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桑菊饮加减联合阿奇霉素不仅能提高小儿肺炎支原体感染临床疗效,还能有效降低血清炎性因子hs-CRP的水平,值得临床应用。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription Sangjuyin.The effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with Western medicine on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)was compared.Methods:60 children (Pneumococcal pneumoniae)infected with the standard were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Serum hs-CRP values were taken and measured before treatment in both groups.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment.The observation group was combined with Chinese herbal medicine Sangju drink on the basis of the control group.The control group was treated for 2 courses.The observation group was treated for 3 courses.After the end of the treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of serum hs-CRP levels were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group and the improvement of serum hs-CRP were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Sangju drink combined with azithromycin can not only improve the clinical efficacy of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,but also effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factor hs-CRP,which is worthy of clinical application.
