基于“专家打分法”的DEA交叉效率聚集方法 被引量:21

摘要 聚焦交叉效率的集结问题,考虑到交叉效率的差异性,提出使用"专家打分法"对他们进行集聚。此方法把交叉效率矩阵转换为一个专家打分矩阵,由于专家之间在教育背景、工作经验等方面的差异,他们的"打分"理应区别对待。他们差异性的度量依据他们对决策单元效率打分的差异程度,差异程度越大的专家其效率打分相应的会赋予较小的权重。最后运用算例分析说明此方法的有效性。 This paper focuses on aggregating cross-efficiencies by taking into consideration their relative importance and proposes a method to aggregate cross-efficiency based on expert scoring. This method will transform the cross-efficiency matrix into expert scoring matrix.. Due to their differences on education background and work experience,experts’ scoring should be given a different weight in the final score. The weights allocated to experts are based on their dissimilarity level to other ones. If there is a significant difference between the efficiency scoring of an expert and that of other experts,the authority of the expert will be questioned. Accordingly,his efficiency scoring will play a small role in the final score. Finally,a numerical example is used to show the validity of this method.
