摘要
目的回顾性分析2007-2016年北京地区健康体检人群空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose, FBG)水平变化趋势。方法收集北京市体检中心2007-2016年739 716例健康体检人群的相关数据,按年度分组,按年龄和性别分层,分析10年间北京地区健康体检人群FBG变化趋势。按年龄分为18～29岁组、30～39岁组、40～49岁组、50～59岁组和60岁以上组,按性别分为男性组和女性组。结果北京地区健康体检人群FBG水平10年来总体升高,2010年以来呈下降趋势。FBG升高率10年来呈现总体升高,不同年龄段男性人群FBG升高率均显著高于女性。2016年男性人群标化FBG升高率为13.86%,女性人群标化FBG升高率为5.23%。40岁以上人群FBG升高率在2010年后呈现明显下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京地区体检人群空腹血糖水平近10年总体呈上升趋势,FBG升高率在2010年后呈现明显下降趋势,血糖防控效果显著。
Objective To analyze the trend of fasting blood glucose(FBG) of health screening people in 2007-2016 in Beijing area. Methods The data of 739 716 health screening population from 2007 to 2016 in Beijing Physical Examination Center were collected. The change trend of FBG level in the past 10 years was analyzed retrospectively.They were separated to several groups according to age: 20-29 years group, 30-39 years group, 40-49 years group, 50-59 years group and over 60 years group. At the same time, all the people were divided into male and female group according to gender. Results The FBG level of health screening population in Beijing area increased generally in the past 10 years. However, the FBG level had been decreasing since 2010. The detection rate of high FBG had increased over the past 10 years, and the detection rate of male was significantly higher than that of female(P < 0.01). The standardized detection rate of high FBG in male population was 13.86%, while the standardized detection rate of high FBG in female population was 5.23% in 2016. The detection rate of high FBG in people over 40 years old showed a significant downward trend. Conclusions FBG levels in Beijing area show an upward trend in recent 10 years. The detection rate of high FBG has been decreasing since 2010 which shows that blood glucose has been controlled well.
