摘要
4-丙烯酸羟丁酯是一种高活性(异)双官能团单体,性质极其活泼,具有耐化学性、耐候性、耐刮擦性、附着力优势等特点,被广泛应用于汽车面漆等方面,因此广受关注,成为研究热点。我国在此方面刚刚处于起步阶段,德国与日本在此方面的研究具有明显优势。本文综述了4-丙烯酸羟丁酯生产原料、合成方法及其后期分离提纯和研究其应用价值。
4-hydroxybutyl acrylate is a kind of high activity(different) bifunctional monomers with extremely lively properties, which has the advantages of chemical resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, adhesion, etc., and is widely used in automobile finish, etc. Therefore, it has been widely concerned and become a research focus. China is just at the beginning stage in this field, and Germany and Japan have obvious advantages in this field. In this paper, the raw materials, synthesis methods, separation and purification of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate and its application value were reviewed.
