车身覆盖件表面缺陷数字化检测研究 被引量:2

Research on digital detection for surface defects of body panels

摘要 利用蓝光设备扫描零件来获得点云数据,并对零件进行数字化建模,根据零件表面缺陷所表现的特征,结合工具对缺陷区域的断面斜率值进行分析,统一判断表面缺陷的严重程度。采用数字化手段对零件表面缺陷进行量化检测,能够有效提高结果的准确性和一致性。 The point cloud data were obtained by using a blue light equipment to scan the parts. According to the characteristics of the part’s surface defects, combined with theanalysis onthe section slope of the defect area, the surface defects severity was judged. The accuracy and consistency of the results could be effectively improved by using digital manner to quantitatively detect the surface defects of parts.
