摘要
分别以硫酸锌、明矾、硫酸亚铁为媒染剂,瓜尔豆胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、海藻酸钠为原糊,探究山茶天然染料印花工艺。分析了媒染剂对原糊的相容性,研究了媒染剂用量、蒸化温度、蒸化时间、染料用量对印花效果的影响,测得印花织物的K/S值和色牢度。试验结果表明:硫酸亚铁对瓜尔豆胶原糊的黏度及储存稳定性基本没有影响,瓜尔豆胶用于山茶天然染料棉机织物印花具有良好的给色性和渗透性。在硫酸亚铁1.6%(omf),蒸化温度110℃,蒸化时间20 min,染料1.6%(omf)的最佳工艺条件下,印花棉机织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度都达到4级以上。
With zinc sulfate,alum and ferrous sulfate as mordants,guar gum,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,xanthan gum and sodium alginate as thickeners,pnnting process of cotton fabric with natural colorants extracted from camellia is carried out.The compatibihty of the mordant with the original paste is analyzed.The effects of mordant concentrations,steaming temperature,steaming time,and dye concentrations on the printing results are studied.K/S value and color fastness of printed fabrics are tested. The experimental results show that the ferrous sulfate has no effect on the viscosity and storage stabihty of the guar gum.The guar gum can impart the cotton prints with good color yield and permeability. The rubbing and soaping fastness of cotton prints is above Grade 4 with ferrous sulfate dosage of 1.6%, steaming temperature of 110℃,steaming time of 20min,and dye concentrations of 1.6%.
