摘要
目的:探讨补肾活血方对膝骨关节炎(KOA)小鼠淋巴回流的调节作用,探究其对关节退变的治疗效果。方法:采用补肾活血方治疗KOA小鼠12周,测量膝关节肿胀程度并检测小鼠下肢淋巴管回流功能,关节组织病理切片镜下观察关节退变程度。结果:KOA小鼠淋巴管清除率明显降低,OARSI评分显著升高,关节软骨呈典型退变;补肾活血方可促进KOA小鼠淋巴管回流功能恢复,降低其OARSI评分,其关节退变程度亦好转。结论:补肾活血方可能通过促进淋巴管回流缓解OA关节肿胀,延缓关节退变。
Objective:To observe the function of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on KOA mice by regulating the lymphatic drainage BSHXR,and it's therapeutic effects on degeneration of OA knees.Methods:Ten-weeks-old mice were acted as OA models,then,BSHXR were given for 12 weeks.The transverse diameters of knee were measured.The lymphatic vessel drainage of mice was detected with ICG-NIR lymphatic imaging system after receiving BSHXR.The Degree of joint degeneration was evaluated according to pathological section.Results:The clearance of lymphatic vessel was improved after the MLI-OA mice receiving BSHXR for 12 weeks.BSHXR could also reduce diameter of the knees and OARSI scores,and alleviate the degeneration of OA knees.Conclusion:BSHXR possibly alleviated joint swelling and degeneration through promoting lymphatic drainage.
