摘要
利用2015年9月和2016年9月采样日的双台子河口盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)地上生物量和地下生物量数据,分析其生物量分配格局及其原因,研究其异速生长关系,选择幂函数构建盐地碱蓬地上生物量与地下生物量的异速生长模型。研究结果表明,盐地碱蓬地上生物量远大于地下生物量,平均地上生物量与平均地下生物量的比值为0.17,盐地碱蓬在高盐的恶劣条件下,为了获得更多的光照资源,使其生物量更多地分配到地上部分;异速生长模型的决定系数为0.913,经对数转换后的异速生长线性方程斜率不等于1,即盐地碱蓬地上生物量与地下生物量存在显著的异速生长关系(p<0.001);在两年采样日数据的独立模型检验下,2015年和2016年验证采样点的盐地碱蓬地上生物量和地下生物量数据都基本分布在1∶1线附近,两者的决定系数分别为0.828和0.899,均方根误差分别为12.307和7.550,平均相对误差分别为0.168和0.213,表明所建立的异速生长模型具有较高的估算精度和稳定性,可以用于估算盐地碱蓬地下生物量。
Using the sampling data on September 24-25, 2015 and September 20-22, 2016, the distribution pattern of above and below ground biomass of Suaeda salsa in the Shuangtaizi estuary and its causes were analyzed, the allometric growth relationship of above and below ground biomass of Suaeda salsa was studied.The allometric growth model of the above and below ground biomass was constructed by power function. The results showed that the above ground biomass of Suaeda salsa in the study area was much larger than belowground biomass, and the ratio between the average above and below ground biomass was 0.17. Suaeda salsa allocated more biomass to the above ground part under the high salinity condition. The determination coefficient reached 0.913. The slope of the linear equation was not equal to 1 after logarithmic transformation.So the allometric growth relationship was significant between above and below ground biomass. Based on validating data in 2015 and 2016, verification point data was basically distributed in 1∶1 line nearby, and their determination coefficients were 0.828 and 0.899 respectively, and the root mean square error were 10.19 and7.55 respectively, mean relative error were 0.134 and 0.213 respectively. It showed that the allometric growth model had a good estimation accuracy and stability. This study would provide effective means and method for estimating the below ground biomass of Suaeda salsa.
