摘要
目的:探讨莫诺苯宗联合咪喹莫特对C57BL6小鼠白癜风造模的作用,以构建稳定、效果佳的白癜风模型,为治疗白癜风的药理、药效及机制研究奠定基础。方法:将30只4周龄的C57BL6小鼠分为A、B、C共3组,分别予A组40%莫诺苯宗联合5%咪喹莫特、B组40%莫诺苯宗、C组5%咪喹莫特涂搽小鼠下背部,每组每日涂药1次,连续涂搽60天。另取5只C57BL6小鼠为阴性对照组,不予任何处理。结果:A组与B组涂药2周后涂药部位均出现色素脱失,两组开始脱色的时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1. 23,P> 0. 05),但2个月后两组涂药部位脱色积分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2. 43,P <0. 05); A组非涂药部位色素脱失情况较B组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=2. 45,P <0. 05); C组仅可见1只小鼠涂药部位出现少量脱色。阴性对照组见未脱色及脱毛。结论:莫诺苯宗联合咪喹莫特对C57BL6小鼠白癜风造模的效果优于莫诺苯宗或咪喹莫特单独使用组。
Objective:To investigate the effect of monobenzone combined with imiquimod on the vitiligo in C57BL6 mice model , and to establish a stable and effective model of vitiligo, which is important for the research of pharmacological, pharmacodynamic and mechanism on vitiligo. Methods: 30 four-week-old C57BL6 mice were divided into three groups: A, B, and C. 40% monobenzone in combination with 5% imiquimod were given in group A, 40% monobenzone were given in group B, and 5% imiquimod were given in group C. Each group continue to apply on the low back once a day, for 60 days. Another 5 C57BL6 mice were used as a negative control group without any treatment. Results: After 2 weeks of application, group A and group B showed hypopigmentation on the site of application. There was no statistical significant in the duriation of decolorization between the two groups (t=1.23,P>0.05). There was a statistically significant in decolorization scores of the applied parts after 2 months (t=2.43,P<0.05). The hypopigmentation in non-applied area of the group A was statistical significance different with that in group B (t=2.45,P<0.05);only a small amount of discoloration appeared in treatment area of 1 mouse in group C. The negative control group showed no discoloration or hair revmoval. Conclusion:Monobenzone combined with imiquimod is superior to monobenzone or imiquimod in treatment of vitiligo for C57BL6 mice.
