摘要
                
                    为探究0.5%吡蚜酮·杀虫双缓释粒剂对水稻主要害虫的防治效果及对稻田天敌蜘蛛的影响,采用撒施法研究0.5%吡蚜酮·杀虫双缓释粒剂对水稻二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟和稻飞虱的田间防效及对天敌蜘蛛消长的影响。结果表明,供试药剂1125、 1500a.i.g/hm^2处理在水稻移栽前撒施,对早稻和晚稻二化螟防效分别为66.99%~81.80%和69.36%~81.63%,对稻纵卷叶螟防效分别为55.13%~77.75%和51.23%~73.14%,优于或显著优于750 a.i. g/hm^2处理和对照药剂2%吡蚜酮颗粒剂400 a.i. g/hm^2、3.6%杀虫双颗粒剂1 500 a.i. g/hm^2、3%克百威颗粒剂1 350 a.i. g/hm^2处理;供试药剂1 125、1 500a.i.g/hm^2处理药后75 d对早稻稻飞虱防效为91.37%~98.04%,药后60~75 d对晚稻稻飞虱防效为54.65%~96.66%,优于或显著优于750 a.i. g/hm^2处理和对照药剂3.6%杀虫双颗粒剂1 500 a.i. g/hm^2,与对照药剂2%吡蚜酮颗粒剂400 a.i. g/hm^2和3%克百威颗粒剂1 350 a.i. g/hm^2处理相比,无显著或极显著差异。供试药剂对稻田蜘蛛有一定的杀伤作用,750~1500a.i.g/hm^2处理药后45d对早稻和晚稻蜘蛛的杀伤率分别为20.64%~34.12%和30.52%~35.50%,均显著或极显著低于对照药剂2%吡蚜酮颗粒剂400 a.i. g/hm^2和3%克百威颗粒剂1 350 a.i. g/hm^2处理,与对照药剂3.6%杀虫双颗粒剂1 500 a.i. g/hm^2处理无显著差异;药后90 d早稻和晚稻蜘蛛密度均恢复到空白对照水平。0.5%吡蚜酮·杀虫双缓释粒剂适用于水稻主要害虫的防治,对稻田天敌蜘蛛安全。
                
                In order to explore the efficacy of pymetrozine·bisultap 0.5% BRG on major rice pests and its effect on the occurrence of natural enemy spiders in paddy field,its field efficacies on Chilo suppressalis,Cnaphalocrocis medinalis, planthopper (Nilaparvatalugens and Sogatellafurcifera)and its effect on the occurrence of natural enemy spiders in paddy field were conducted by a spreading method.The efficacies of pymetrozine·bisultap 0.5% BRG at the dosage of 1 125 and 1 500 a.i.g/hm^2 spread before transplanting rice were 66.99%-81.80% and 69.36%-81.63% on Chilo suppressalis in early rice and late rice,respectively,55.13%-77.75% and 51.23%-73.14% on Cnaphalocrocis medinalisin,respectively, which were better than or significantly superior to those of the treatment of pymetrozine.bisultap 0.5% BRG at the dosage of 750 a.i.g/hm^2,the control treatments of pymetrozine 2% granule (GR)at the dosage of 400 a.i.g/hm^2,bisultap 3.6% GR at the dosage of 1 500 a.i.g/hm^2,and carbofuran 3%GR at the dosage of 1 350 a.i.g/hm^2.The efficacies of pymetrozine.bisultap 0.5% BRG at the dosage of 1 125 and 1 500 a.i.g/hm^2 were 91.37%-98.04% on planthopper (Nilaparvatalugens and Sogatellafurcifera)in early rice 75 days after treatment and 54.65%-96.66% on planthopper in late rice 60-75 days,respectively,which were better than or significantly superior to those of the treatment of pymetrozine·bisultap 0.5% BRG at the dosage of 750 a.i.g/hm^2,and bisultap 3.6% GR at the dosage of 1 500 a.i.g/hm^2.There was no significant or extremely significant difference compared with those of the control treatments of pymetrozine 2% GR at the dosage of 400 a.i.g/hm^2 and carbofuran 3% GR at the dosage of 1 350 a.i.g/hm^2.Pymetrozine-bisultap 0.5% BRG had a certain insecticidal effect on natural enemy spider.Its insecticialt rates were 20.64%-34.12% and 30.52%-35.50% at the dosage of 750-1 500 a.i.g/hm^2 on natural enemy spider in early rice and late rice 45 days after treatment,respectively,which were significantly or extremely lower than those of the control treatments of pymetrozine 2% GR at the dosage of 400 a.i.g/hm^2 and carbofuran 3% GR at the dosage of 1 350 a.i.g/hm^2,and were not significant compared with the control treatments of bisultap 3.6% GR at the dosage of 1 500 a.i.g/hm^2.Spider density in early rice and late rice returned to blank control level 90 days after treatment.Pymetrozine-bisultap 0.5% BRG is suitable for the control of major rice pests,and is safe for natural enemy spiders in paddy field.
