摘要
为实现对火炮身管内膛表面质量的量化检测,设计了一个在结构上采用弹性自适应式定心方案、在测量原理上使用激光三角法、在控制原理上利用PLC的内膛检测系统。由激光位移传感器采集到的数据与编码器、位移传感器输入数据通过基于MatLab的图像处理模块同步处理后,可还原身管内膛表面图像并由此判断疵病位置和大小。该系统具有检测精度高、检测成本低、自动化程度大的特点,可对我军口径在120~155 mm范围内的约25种制式火炮身管内膛进行检测。
In order to realize the quantitative detection of artillery barrel inner bore surface quality,designed a inner bore detection system adopting flexible adaptive centering on structure,using laser triangulation on measuring principle,utilizing PLC on control principle. After the datum that collected by laser displacement sensor synchronization process with encoder,displacement sensor input datum by image processing software based on MatLab,can restore the image of barrel inner bore surface and judge the position and size of the diseases. This system has the feature of high detection accuracy,low testing costs and high automation degree,can detect about 25 kinds of the artillery barrel inner bores in the range of 120~155 mm caliber.
