妊娠期糖尿病对子代甲基化影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,妊娠期糖尿病越来越受到关注,发病率和检出率也逐年增高,妊娠期糖尿病不但被发现与心血管代谢性危险因素如脂质异常、高血压疾病和高胰岛素血症相关,而且最新研究发现,其还与表观遗传修饰有关,后者在基因表达层面可发生甲基化改变,导致后代发生糖尿病等代谢综合征疾病,进而影响患者及其后代近期和远期的健康。我们通过大量文献分析妊娠期糖尿病对子代甲基化影响的研究进展,识别出差异甲基化基因,分析差异甲基化基因与环境暴露的关系,以便从表观遗传学方面防治妊娠期糖尿病,以减少其对母亲和婴儿造成的危害。 In recent years,gestational diabetes has attracted more and more attention,and the incidence and detection rate have increased year by year. Gestational diabetes is not only related to cardiovascular metabolic risk factors such as lipid abnormalities,hypertension diseases and hyperinsulinemia. Moreover,the latest research has found that it is also related to epigenetic modification,which can cause methylation changes at the level of gene expression,leading to metabolic syndrome such as diabetes in the offspring,which in turn affects the short-term and long-term health of patients and their offspring. We have studied the progress of methylation changes in gestational diabetes by analyzing a large number of literatures,identifying differential methylation genes,and analyzing the relationship between differential methylation genes and environmental exposure in order to prevent and treat gestational diabetes from epigenetics. To reduce the harm it poses to mothers and babies.
