摘要
目的通过对互联网医疗服务现状的调查,了解医务人员对互联网医疗服务监管的看法,分析互联网医疗服务的监管需求,为更好地开展互联网医疗服务监管研究提供依据。方法对福建省省属省管13家医疗机构医务人员进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述性分析和X^2检验。结果向医务人员发放调查问卷400份,收回问卷371份,有效问卷278份。调查结果显示,有83. 1%的医务人员认为我国互联网医疗服务处于发展初期,监管制度以及相应的法律体系仍需不断改进改善。需求分析结果显示,互联网医疗服务监管应分别从探索监管机制(78. 4%)、制定法律法规(76. 9%)、完善技术手段(73. 4%)入手。结论我国互联网医疗服务监管在法律法规、技术平台等各层面均处于起步阶段,应开展互联网医疗服务的信息、安全、制度、法律建设等相关研究,以利于制定与当前互联网医疗服务发展状态相适应的监管体系和法律法规。
Objective Through the investigation of the status and attitude of internet medical service,to know the views of medical staff on the supervision of internet medical service,further analyze the supervision demands of interact medical service,provide the basis for better research on the supervision of internet medical service.Methods A questionaire survey was conducted among the medical staff from 13 medical institutions of Fujian province.The survey results were analyzed with descriptive analysis and χ^2 test.Results A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to medical staff,and 371 questionnaires were collected and 278 were valid questionnaires.The results showed that 83.1% of the medical staff believe that Chinese internet medical service was in the early stages of development,and the regulatory system and the corresponding legal system had to be improved.The demand analysis showed that the internet medical supervision should start with the exploration of the regulatory mechanism (78.4%),the formulation of laws and regulations (76.9%)and the improvement of technical means (73.4%).Conclusion The internet medical service supervision in China is in the beginning stage in all aspects of laws, regulations,technical platform and so on.It is necessary to research on information,security,system and legal construction of internet medical service so as to help to formulate regulatory bodies and laws and regulations to adapt to the current state of internet medical service development.
