摘要
加强城市常规公交系统建设是贯彻落实国家公共交通优先发展战略,建设公交都市的重要举措,也是大连市走绿色发展、可持续发展之路的必然选择。本文以大连市常规公交发展现状及问题分析为抓手,以改善和提高慢行交通服务水平和素质为纲,科学研究制订常规公交发展目标、指标体系和战略举措,促进城市公共交通系统精明精细发展。
Bus priority is an effective means to solve urban traffic congestion,and all major cities are encouraging implementation.Bus priority is reflected in time priority and space priority,the key to time priority is the signal priority at the intersection,the evaluation index of bus signal priority control scheme can be obtained by simulation,which can provide decision support for traffic managers.In this paper,micro traffic simulation software VISSIM is used to realize the simulation evaluation method of bus signal priority control strategy.By setting up the vehicle detector and signal machine in VISSIM,the light group,phase,signal transition in the signal machine,and the virtual signal light group are set,combining VISVAP edit induction signal control flow chart,a successful implementation and extension,signal early,phase inserts,phase reversal bus priority signal control scheme of the simulation.The validity of the method is proved by the example.
