摘要
门诊是医院的重要组成部分,门诊服务流程设置是否便捷、安全,将直接影响到患者就诊的质量、时限和对医院的满意度。利用移动互联网技术,从挂号、取药、门诊病历书写和处方书写、检查结果查询一整套流程进行再造设计,减少患者就医等候时间,提高就医效率及满意度。
Outpatient service is an important part of a hospital,whether the outpatient service process is convenient and safe will directly affect the quality,time limit and satisfaction of the patients visits to the hospital. Using mobile Internet technology,a whole set of procedures were designed for re-engineering from registration,drug collection,outpatient medical record writing,prescription writing and examination results,which reduced patient waiting time and improved patient efficiency and satisfaction.
