摘要
目的观察培元固肾止遗方联合针刺治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法将所有患儿分为两组,对照组予普通针刺,观察组在对照组基础上予培元固肾止遗方中药口服,疗程20天,随访半年,观察两组有效率、治疗前后各症状积分变化、复发率及治疗过程中有无不适。结果观察组有效率92.5%,对照组70.0%,相比有差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.626 P=0.022<0.05);治疗后各症状积分均较治疗前有所下降、观察组治疗后症状积分下降较对照组相比有统计学意义(P=0.02<0.05);观察组(8.1%)复发率明显低于对照组(35.7%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.02<0.05)。结论培元固肾止遗方联合针刺能有效治疗小儿遗尿,复发率低,不良反应少。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Peiyuan Gushen Zhiyi prescription combined with acupuncture in the treatment of infantile enuresis.Methods all children can be divided into two groups.The control group applied common acupuncture,and the observation group applied Peiyuan Gushen Zhiyi prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment continued 20days.Patients were followed- up for six months.The effective rate,symptom score,recurrence rate and discomfort in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%,and that of the control group was 70.0%.After treatment,the score of each symptom was lower than before treatment,and that of the observation group was statistically significant (P=0.02<0.05) comparing with the control group.The recurrence rate of the observation group (8.1%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (35.7%),and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.02<0.05).Conclusion Peiyuan Gushen Zhiyi prescription combined with acupuncture can effectively treat infantile enuresis with low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions.
