摘要
目的分析讨论会厌逐瘀汤代茶饮治疗白塞病口腔溃疡的疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2018年1月收治的白塞病口腔溃疡患者60例,按照其入院号随机分为对照组和观察组。每组30例患者,对照组采用沙利度胺治疗,观察组采用会厌逐瘀汤代茶饮治疗。经过治疗后,比较分析2组患者的疗效、平均总溃疡个数以及平均间歇时间。结果在治疗后,观察组疗效高于对照组,平均总溃疡个数少于对照组,平均间歇时间比对照组长,差异具有统计学意义,P <0. 05。结论会厌逐瘀汤代茶饮治疗白塞病口腔溃疡的治疗效率较好,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and discuss the curative effect of Huiyan Zhuyu decoction in treating oral ulcer caused by Behcet’s disease.Methods 60 cases of oral ulcer caused by Behcet ’s disease patients were selected from January 2014 to January 2018 in our hospital.According to their admission number,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 30 cases.The control group was treated with thalidomide,and the observation group was treated with Huiyan Zhuyu decoction. After treatment,the curative effect,the average number of total ulcers and the average interval time were observed. Results After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The average total ulcer number of the observation group was less than that of the control group. The average interval time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P < 0. 05. Conclusion Huiyan Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of oral ulcer caused by Behcet’s disease,and has high clinical application value.
