摘要
为了服务地方产业,在不具备购置大型测长精密仪器的条件下,另辟蹊径,采用集成创新的方法,研制了一种多用途的长度计量校准装置,该装置结构简单,操作便捷,准确实用,维护成本低,适用范围广,通过该装置可以实现对千分尺校对量杆、钢直尺和钢卷尺等线纹尺的测量校准,该装置的研制,为基层计量技术机构和中小型机械制造企业,提供了一种简单实用的长度计量校准方案。
In order to serve the local industry,under the condition of not purchasing large-scale measuring precision instruments,a multi-purpose length measuring and calibrating device has been developed by adopting an integrated and innovative method. The device has simple structure,convenient operation,accurate and practical.The utility model has the advantages of low maintenance cost and wide application range,and the device can realize the measurement and calibration of the ruler of the micrometer proofing measuring rod,the steel ruler and the steel tape measure,and the device provides a simple and practical length calibration solution for basic measuring technical institutions and a small and medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprises.
