Zr、Er微合金化对6061铝合金冲压成形性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、万能试验机和拉深试验机研究了不同含量Zr、Er元素对6061铝合金冲压成形性能的影响。结果表明,自然时效后,6061-0.3Er-0.15Zr、6061-0.3Er、6061-0.2Zr合金晶粒尺寸分别为40、50和70μm,合金中析出大量第二相。各合金板材均存在各向异性,强度和伸长率在平行于轧制方向最高,垂直于轧制方向最低。6061-0.3Er-0.15Zr合金强度高,n值和r值大,屈强比较低,断后伸长率达到25%,成形性能最好,6061-0.3Er合金次之,而6061-0.2Zr合金成形性能较差。在拉深实验中,6061-0.2Zr、6061-0.3Er、6061-0.3Er-0.15Zr合金极限拉深系数分别为0.56、0.53、0.52。Zr、Er微合金化后合金断口韧窝数量较多、分布均匀,断口形貌为典型的韧性断裂。 The influence of Zr and Er elements with different contents on the stamping properties of aluminum alloy 6061 was investigated by using OM,XRD,SEM,universal testing machine and drawing testing machine.The results show that after natural aging the grain sizes of 6061-0.3Er -0.15Zr,6061-0.3Er and 6061-0.2Zr alloys are 40,50,70μm,respectively,and a large number of secondary phases are precipitated in the alloys.All alloy plates have anisotropy,and the strength and elongation are the highest in the direction parallel to rolling and are the lowest in the direction perpendicular to roiling.The forming formability of 6061-0.3Er-0.15Zr alloy is the best which has high strength,high n value and r value,and the yield ratio is relatively lower,the elongation reaches 25%,and 6061- 0.3Er alloy is the second,while 6061-0.2Zr alloy is the worst.In deep drawing tests,the ultimate drawing coefficients of 6061-0.2Zr alloy,6061-0.3Er and 6061-0.3Er -0.15Zr alloys are 0.56,0.53and 0.52,respectively.The number of dimples in the fracture surface of Zr and Er microalloyed alloys is more and the distribution is uniform,and the fracture morphology is a typical ductile fracture.
