摘要
针对风力机叶片结冰问题,采用FLUENT离散相模型和粒子统计法计算了S809翼型的水滴撞击特性。结果表明:水滴主要撞击在翼型前缘,翼型其它位置没有水滴撞击。随着攻角增大,翼型上表面撞击极限逐渐减小,翼型下表面撞击极限逐渐增大,水滴撞击范围往翼型下表面移动。局部水滴收集系数随着风速和水滴直径的增大而增大。
Aiming at the problem of wind turbines blade icing,the FLUENT discrete phase model and the particles statistical method to calculate the water droplets impingement characteristics on the S809 airfoil was presented.Results show that water droplets mainly impact on the airfoil leading edge. The other airfoil surface has no water droplets impact.As the angle of attack increases,the airfoil upper surface impingement limit gradually decreases.The airfoil lower surface impingement limit gradually increases.The water droplets impingement region moves toward the airfoil lower surface.The water droplets local collection efficiency increases with the wind speed and the water droplets diameter.
