有机胺与香料生产复合化工废水处理工程实例 被引量:2

摘要 针对盐城市某化工企业生产有机胺和香料2种产品产生的化工废水,采用在2个工段各铺设2套管网对每个工段产生的高低COD废水进行分类收集、处理,利用"铁炭微电解+Fenton催化氧化+中和+絮凝沉淀"工艺处理高COD废水,其出水与低COD废水混合,再通过"水解酸化+A/O+MBR+氧化池(应急用)"组合工艺处理。实际运行结果表明,出水COD为465 mg/L,SS、NH4+-N、TP、TN、甲醛、甲苯的质量浓度分别为350、45、1.7、52、0.08、0.1mg/L,各指标均优于《关于〈盐城市沿海化工园区环境影响评价与环境保护规划报告〉的批复》(苏环管[2003]90号)中园区污水处理厂的接管标准,处理费用为9.37元/m^3。 In view of the chemical wastewater produced by two products production by a chemical industry Co., Ltd. in Yancheng City, two sets of pipelines in two sections to collecting and processing the high and low COD wastewater from each section were built. High-COD wastewater was treated by the process of 'iron-carbon microelectrolysis + Fenton catalytic oxidation + neutralization + flocculation precipitation', which effluent was mixed with low- COD wastewater, and then treated by combination process of 'hydrolysis acidification +A/O + MBR + oxidation pool (emergency)'. The actual operation results showed that, effluent COD was 465 mg/L, mass concentration of SS, NH4^+-N, TP, TN, methanal and methylbenzene was 350, 45, 1.7, 52, 0.08 and 0.1 mg/L respectively, each indicator was better than the 'Treatment Standards for Sewage Treatment Plants in Yancheng Chemical Concentration Zone (Trial)' (Suhuanguan [2003]), and the treatment cost was 9.37 yuan/m^3.
