环保酵素处理生活废水可行性探讨 被引量:15

摘要 为研究环保酵素处理生活废水的可行性,采用厨余垃圾制备酵素,对生活废水和模拟废水进行批量实验,探讨酵素去除NH_4^+-N、TP以及COD的效果、反应过程和主要控制因素。结果表明,酵素对单一成分的COD和TP处理效果不明显,且存在COD和TP含量上升的现象,反应过程具有明显的规律性,呈现上升→下降→平稳的变化趋势。相反,酵素对NH_4^+-N具有明显的去除作用,体积分数5%~10%的酵素对NH_4^+-N的去除效果达到70%。酵素处理生活废水具有明显的效果。体积分数10%的酵素对COD、NH_4^+-N和TP的去除率分别为80%、85%和50%。酵素自身高COD和较低pH不利于污染物的去除作用,降低酵素的COD和提升pH是酵素净化水质的关键。 In order to investigate the feasibility of domestic wastewater treatment by garbage enzyme, enzyme was prepared by kitchen garbage used for the batch-experimental study on domestic wastewater and simulated wastewater, and NH4^+-N, TP and COD removal efficiency by enzyme, reaction process and main controlling factors were discussed. The results showed that, removal effect of single-component COD and phosphate by enzyme was not significant, and both COD and phosphate content showed a rising trend. The reaction process had obvious regularity, showed increasing first and then decreasing before stabilizing. In contrast, enzyme had a significant removal effect on NH4^+-N, with the removal rate of 70% by enzyme with the volume fraction of 5%~10%. Enzyme had a significant effect on the treatment of domestic wastewater. The removal rates of COD, NH4^+-N and TP by enzyme with volume fraction of 10% were 80%, 85% and 50%, respectively. The possible reasons might be the high COD and relatively low pH of garbage enzyme limited the pollutant removal effect. Therefore, COD reduction and pH increase was a key for water purification by garbage enzyme.
