摘要
采用诱导结晶法软化热电厂高永久性硬度脱硫废水,考察了药剂种类与投加量、搅拌强度、晶种投加量等因素对软化效果的影响。结果表明,单因素实验得出优化工艺条件为:晶种CaCO_3投加量60 g/L,NaOH、Na_2CO_3的投加量分别为2.5、1.0 g/L,搅拌强度G为668.7 s^(-1)、搅拌时间3 min,此时总硬度降低至17.8 mg/L(下降率为99.6%),出水pH为11.87。通过扫描电镜和能量-色散光谱表征发现,晶种在参与反应后,表面有CaCO_3和Mg(OH)_2晶体生成。可为在实际工程中应用诱导结晶法软化处理热电厂高永久性硬度废水提供理论依据和数据支撑。
Induced crystallization process was used to soften the high permanent hardness wastewater from thermal power plant. The effects of the species and the dosage of chemical reagents, stirring intensity, the dosage of seed crystal, etc., on softening efficiency were investigated. The results showed that, the optimum operational conditions confirming through the single factor experiments were as follow, CaCO3 crystal seed, NaOH and Na2CO3 dosage was 60 g/L, 2.5 g/L and 1.0 mg/L respectively, stirring strength G was 668.7 s^-1 and stirring time was 3 min, the total hardness decreased to 17.8 mg/L (the removal rate was 99.6%) and effluent pH was 11.87 under this conditions. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and EDS showed that CaCO3 and Mg(OH)2 crystal was formed on the surface of seed crystal after the reaction. This research provides theoretical foundation and data support for practical project of high permanent hardness wastewater treatment from thermal power plant by induced crystallization process.
