摘要
针对当前高速铁路建设中对高性能混凝土性能要求越来越高的问题,结合相关的理论知识,以高铁中的灌桩混凝土作为研究对象,对其制备进行研究。对此,采用单因素试验方法对高性能混凝土中的无机盐掺入方案进行设计,然后以抗冻性、抗压强度、抗渗透性能等作为参考指标,对混凝土进行了测试,结果表明,水胶比为0.35、粉煤灰掺量为10%、外加剂Ca Cl2的掺量为0.25%的情况下,混凝土表现出较好的性能。通过上述的研究,给铁路施工中的高性能混凝土设计提供了借鉴。
In view of the higher performance requirements of high performance concrete in the construction of high speed railway, combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge,the research on the preparation of pile filling concrete for high speed railway construction was carried out. A single factor test method was used to design the inorganic salt blending scheme for preparing high performance concrete. Then the concrete was tested with frost resistance, compressive strength and permeability resistance as indexes. The results showed that when the ratio of water to glue was 0.35, the amount of fly ash was 10%, and the amount of admixture CaCl2 was 0.25%, prepared concrete had good performance. The above research provides some reference for the design of high performance concrete in railway construction.
