土壤蔬菜中铅镉污染评价与富集特征研究 被引量:15

摘要 为了加强蔬菜质量安全,开展了生产基地土壤及蔬菜产品中铅镉污染的相关研究,利用原子吸收光谱仪对土壤和相应的不同蔬菜品种中重金属铅镉进行定量检测,运用单因子污染指数和综合污染指数法,进行蔬菜中铅镉污染评价、富集特征分析。结果表明:土壤中铅含量没有样品超标,而镉含量有25个样品超标,超标率可达25.5%,可见试验的土壤受到镉污染严重。检出韭菜中铅最大值为0.33,镉最大值为0.15,分别是蔬菜限量值的3.3倍和3倍,存在食品质量安全的隐患,应该加以重视;98个点位蔬菜中重金属综合污染指数由大到小的顺序为马铃薯>韭菜>芹菜>萝卜>芥菜>白菜;不同蔬菜品种对同种重金属的富集状况不同,芹菜和芥菜中铅和镉的富集能力较强,白菜和马铃薯次之,萝卜和韭菜相对较弱。 In order to strengthen the vegetable quality and safety,the studies about lead and cadmium pollution in soil and vegetable products of production bases were conducted.Heavy metal content in soil and corresponding vegetables were detected by atomic absorption spectrometer and pollution evaluation and analysis of characteristics of enrichment of lead and cadmium in vegetables were carried out using the single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index method.The results showed that no samples of lead in the soil were over the standard limit,while 25 samples of cadmium were over the standard limit with an overshoot rate of 25.5%,indicating that the soil in the test was seriously polluted by cadmium.The maximum value of lead was 0.33 and the maximum value of cadmium was 0.15 in leek,respectively 3.3 times and 3 times of the limited value of vegetables.The hidden danger of food quality and safety should be paid attention to.The order of heavy metal comprehensive pollution index from big to small in 98 point vegetables was potato > leek > celery > radish > mustard cabbage > cabbage.The concentrations of lead and cadmium in celery and mustard were higher,followed by cabbage and potato,and radish and leek were lower.
