摘要
目的探讨硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年11月～2018年2月我院收治的87例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,根据麻醉方式进行分组,对照组41例患者采取全身麻醉,研究组46例患者采取硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉。比较两组患者的临床麻醉效果。结果研究组患者的麻醉优良率为97.83%,明显高于对照组的85.37%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.549,P<0.05),研究组患者的拔管时间、睁眼时间均短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中应用硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉,麻醉效果好,术后睁眼时间、拔管时间短,疼痛轻,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 87 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy who were treated in our hospital in November 2016 to February 2018 were selected as subjects. The groups were grouped according to the type of anesthesia, 41 patients in the control group took general anesthesia, and 46 patients in the study group took epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia, and the clinical anesthesia effect of the two groups was compared. Results The anesthetic good rate in the study group was 97.83%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.37%), the difference was statistically significant(X^2=4.549, P<0.05). The time of extubation and eye opening were shorter in the study group than those in the control group, and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has good anaesthesia effect, postoperative eye opening time, extubation time is short, pain is light, and it is worth popularizing.
