摘要
目的分析大承气汤加味联合药饼穴位敷贴治疗脑卒中恢复期患者便秘的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月～2018年2月我院收治的60例脑卒中恢复期便秘患者作为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用安慰剂贴敷穴位治疗,观察组采用大承气汤加味联合药饼穴位敷贴治疗,分析两组患者的便秘情况以及治疗有效率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的首次排便时间、排便速度、排便间隔时间、大便性状、排便难度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中恢复期患者便秘患者进行大承气汤加味联合药饼穴位敷贴治疗可缓解患者临床症状,促进康复,有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the Clinical effect of Dachengqi Decoction plus herbal cake acupoint application in the treatment of constipation in convalescent patients with stroke. Methods Sixty patients with constipation during stroke treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects, and divided into the control group and the observation group by random single and double numbers, with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, placebo was used to treat acupoints. The observation group was treated with Dachengqi Decoction plus herbal cake acupoint application. The constipation of the patient and the effective rate between the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of first defecation time, defecation speed, defecation interval,stool character, difficulty of defecation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Dachengqi Decoction plus herbal cake acupoint application in patients with constipation during stroke recovery can alleviate the clinical symptoms, promote rehabilitation, and has clinical promotion value.
