摘要
《被动式超低能耗绿色建筑技术导则(试行)(居住建筑)》明确了应对被动式超低能耗绿色建筑进行标识评价。论文基于《被动式超低能耗绿色建筑技术导则(试行)(居住建筑)》与国内外绿色建筑的发展现状,通过对严寒地区实际项目的节地、节能和节水三方面的调研,梳理严寒地区超低能耗绿色建筑的基本特征,构建适合严寒地区发展的超低能耗绿色建筑关键技术体系,为推动严寒地区的绿色建筑可持续发展提供良好的技术支持与有益探索。
The Technical Guidelines for Passive Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Green Buildings (Trial Implementation)(Residential Buildings)clearly indicate that the identification and evaluation of passive ultra-low energy consumption green buildings should be carried out.According to the The Technical Guidelines for Passive Ultra-Low Energy Consumption Green Buildings (Trial Implementation) (Residential Buildings)and the development status of green buildings at home and abroad,this paper combs the basic characteristics of ultra-low energy consumption green buildings in cold regions and constructs the key technology system of ultra-low eaergy consumption green buildings suitable for the development of cold regions by investigating the land-saving,energy-saving and water-saving aspects of actual projects in cold regions.To promote sustainable development of green buildings in cold regions,we will provide good technical support and beneficial exploration.
