摘要
应用电子束冷床炉熔炼制备了TC4钛合金扁锭,对其板材的直接轧制工艺进行了研究。结果表明:铸锭经换向轧制后获得了均匀的等轴组织,板材各项力学性能满足要求,性能稳定性优于传统工艺制备的板材。针对EB一次扁锭,最佳的成形工艺为直接轧制的短流程工艺,特别适用于制备大规格宽幅板材。
The TC4 titanium alloy flat ingots were prepared by using electron beam cold hearth furnace. And the direct rolling process of the alloy plate was studied. The results show that homogeneous equiaxed microstructure is obtained after reverse rolling of the ingot, the mechanical properties of the plate meet the requirements, and the property stability is better than the plate prepared by traditional technology. For EB primary flat ingot, the best forming process is the short process of direct rolling, which is especially suitable for the preparation of large-sized wide plate.
