摘要
海雾作为灾害性天气,是海洋环境监测的重要内容。以黄海为研究区,分析研究了海水、海雾和云在GOCI影像中光谱特征,建立了结合波段比较法和波段运算的海雾提取方法。将该方法应用于2015年5月25日发生的黄海海雾事件,利用Kappa系数评价该方法的分类精度。结果表明:该分类方法的kappa系数为86. 74%;海雾提取结果与中国气象局发布的监测结果的空间分布趋势基本一致;基于GOCI影像的海雾信息提取方法为海雾监测提供了新方向,为实时监测海雾动态提供了有利条件。
Sea fog as disastrous weather is an important part of the marine environment monitoring. In this paper,used the GOCI image,a sea fog extraction method which band operations method was built,based on the spectral characteristics of sea water,sea fog and cloud analysis result in the Yellow Sea area. The extraction method was applied to sea fog events of May 25,2015,and the accuracy of this method was evaluated by kappa coefficient. The results showed: the kappa coefficient of the result was 86. 74%; The spatial distribution trend between sea fog extraction results based on GOCI and monitoring results released by the China Meteorological Administration were basically the same. Sea fog extraction method based on GOCI image provides a new direction for the sea fog monitoring,and it is very useful for sea fog real-time dynamic monitoring.
